exercise 1,2 and 3

Exercise 1

I'm going use the simple actionScript ideas demonstrated in class to creat some actionScript centreanimations and interactions.
* cars are responds to mouse movements

* use the keyboard (left & right) to move the duck , click on the boat to move it

Exercise 2
* Interactive character :
by using actionscript allow the caracter to move or respond to user interaction .

Feed the cat : you can feed it but make sure you pick the correct food or you will make it so sad :(
just pick the food and put it in its mouth and watch the reaction !!

* graphic generator
I'm going create a piece of work which generates graphics on the screen.

* here are some event frame ,classes and add child examples



* Smile faces , drag and drop the eyes and mouth to create a different smile faces








* when small balls hit the large ball, they will disappear , and the large ball will disappear when it hit the red line.

Object Properties ,Events and Event Listeners


I created some movie clips properties :

* when you click on the red sequre this will zoom it in , while the purple sequare move and rotate in X direction and you can move the orange Rect to the left just make the mouse over it and move your hand to the left ( forward).
At the end of the x axis the orang rect will disapeare.

I create keyevents , mouse follower & keyboard:

* when you move the mouse to the right or left the object move with it.





* to move the object use the left,right,up and down key-press(keyboard)

looking at some play-create works


here are some play-create experiments , I found the interesting :

All flowers are based on an XML template. From this template the computer generates endless variations. The piece starts with a default template.
Click "Draw new variation" to see another different flower drawn from this template.

this piece generates buildings from sand poured from the mouse
To start, pass the mouse over the landscape rapidly. You will slowly see things form. You can then slowly fill in the details.




Click on the kaleidoscope to pan around the original images


the image change each time you click on it.
